bm33 Terms & Conditions – Your Rights, Our Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bm33 ("bm33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bm33.vu. These Terms govern all access to and use of the bm33 website, mobile interface, games, services, promotions, and any associated content.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, participating in games, or otherwise accessing any portion of the bm33 platform, you confirm that:

Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. bm33 will verify the age and identity of all registered players and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bm33 platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. bm33 accepts no liability for your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such activity may be restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a real-money account with bm33, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or use a proxy, VPN, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bm33 at any given time. Creating or operating more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bm33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses received, and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bm33 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (passport, Philippine national ID, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months;

Withdrawal of funds will be held pending successful KYC verification. bm33 reserves the right to request further documentation at any time.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bm33 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you.

bm33 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Never share your login credentials with another person, including bm33 customer support staff (bm33 will never ask for your password).

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bm33 support immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. bm33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the bm33 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bm33 does not charge currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. For USDT deposits, conversion to PHP is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

bm33 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash (minimum deposit: ₱100)

bm33 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless otherwise approved by the bm33 finance team.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your bm33 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected. bm33 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification and wagering requirement completion. bm33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bm33 operates in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bm33 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by bm33 are subject to specific terms that will be stated on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion as well as these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bm33 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abusive and may result in the forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of winnings, and permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms;
• Placing low-risk, mathematically certain bets to satisfy wagering requirements;
• Using a VPN or proxy to claim region-restricted promotions.

5.4 bm33's Right to Modify Promotions

bm33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is terminated, all accrued but unclaimed bonus amounts from that specific promotion will be forfeited.

6 Fair Play & Game Rules

All games available on the bm33 platform are supplied by licensed and certified third-party game providers. The outcome of all RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, etc.) is determined by independently audited Random Number Generator software. Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers in real-time and are subject to the rules and procedures of each specific game.

Each game on bm33 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game. In the event of a dispute, the game server log will be treated as the definitive record of the outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm33 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bm33 staff or other players;
• Attempting to exploit glitches, bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Facilitating the use of the platform by any person under the age of 21.

8 Responsible Gaming

bm33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, we strongly encourage you to seek help immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bm33 players directly within the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks;

Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, bm33 will close the account as quickly as practicable and will take all reasonable steps to ensure the player is not contacted with marketing communications during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bm33 platform, including but not limited to the bm33 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of bm33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bm33 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any bm33 content without prior written consent from bm33.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bm33 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions;
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law;
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties, including payment processors or game providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bm33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The bm33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bm33 makes every effort to ensure platform availability and game integrity, no warranty is given that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data

bm33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the bm33 Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bm33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, or other regulatory and law enforcement bodies as required by Philippine law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the bm33 customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or regulatory compliance, the decision of PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority shall be final and binding.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bm33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bm33 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless an immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the bm33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account.
